Danny Nota
Co-Founder
Danny started out as a stockbroker before moving into commercial finance, where he now specialises in structuring mortgage, bridging, development, and commercial funding for developers, investors, and business owners.
As founder of Capfund, he’s led over £300m in property finance deals, building a whole-of-market brokerage known for its client-first approach and expertise in complex funding.
Outside work, Danny shares property finance insights, invests and develops himself, and holds a Master’s in Investment & Financial Risk and a Bachelor’s in Finance.
Bob Jandoo

With 40+ years of entrepreneurial experience, Bob brings strategic vision, leadership, and deep expertise in property development finance.
Having built successful ventures in property, retail, education, and distribution, he brings a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions across diverse markets—shaping Capfund’s tailored approach for developers and investors with complex funding needs.
At Capfund, Bob drives strategy, builds partnerships, and champions relationships with introducers and industry stakeholders, ensuring the firm’s reputation for client-focused service in mortgage, bridging, residential, and commercial finance.

Hari is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses across fintech, e-commerce, advertising, and consumer and business services.
